FAQs

How long does it take for my order to be processed? Orders are processed between 3-5 Business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

The item I want is out of stock, what can I do? If an item is out of stock, you are able to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock.

 

Where does Naay ship from? For Mexico we are shipping from Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. If you like to order a swimwear outside of Mexico, please contact us via Mail or Instagram. Shipments for Europe are made from Switzerland. 

 

Is the online store only available for Mexico? Yes. You can place your order for Mexico in our online shop. If you would like to purchase a swimsuit from a different country, please contact us at contact@naayswimwear.com or Instagram. We do have a small stock in Switzerland for Europe sales. 

 

How can i wash my swimsuit? Hand wash your swimsuit, do not iron, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not wring and dry in the shade.

 

Can I exchange my order? As we are a slow fashion brand, there are no exchanges possible. We may not have the piece you would like to purchase. If the piece is still in the same condition you received it in, you can send it back within 10 days and order your new favourite piece online.

 

When will I get my refund? Once we receive the swimsuit and it is in the same condition you got it from us, we will transfer your money back.

 

How can I edit or cancel my order? You are unable to change or edit orders once it is successfully placed. Please contact us at contact@naayswimwear.com

 

Do any of Naay’s tops have padding? No, none of our tops have padding.
